How do I pay?

You can pay by three ways.
First :- You can pay in store when you want to pick up your order from the shop.
Second :- By cash on delivery when you select the ‘Cash on Delivery’ button in the payment section.
Note: This is for delivery areas only.
Third :- With Ideal payment system by selecting the ‘Ideal’ button in the payment section. This will take you to a secure area within the banking organisation so all your information is never seen or held by us.

Can I select a time of delivery?

At the moment you will notice we have tried hard to make sure you don’t sit at home for hours waiting for us to arrive and we have specified time & day. This can be found in our CONTACT area.

Can I order specific items from the UK?

To a point YES you can.
We try to look for special requests every week. Sometimes we can find them but we can not promise.
If you can let us know via the form provided in our CONTACT area and tell us as much as possible about the product and where in the shop to find it as every little bit helps.
Note: Although we can get British and Australian products to an extent, we are trying to get Canadian, South African, New Zealand and American products but these are harder to find.

What if I live outside the delivery area?

Unfortunately at this time we deliver only at the places mentioned. We now have a Postal Service operating 'World Wide' and this can be found while you make your checkout.
Note: We do not Post 'Cold Food' or 'Fresh Bakery' products.

Do you do discount for bulk orders?

Yes of course we do so don’t be afraid to ask but make sure it is bulk.

Do you do catering?

Well that is a good question and we are looking into it. Especially the good old Champagne English Breakfast including your own waiter/waitress, (dressed or not!!).
